Bones and marrow, skin and feet, tendons and ligaments that you can’t eat directly can be boiled and then simmered over a period of days. This simmering causes the bones and ligaments to release healing compounds like collagen, proline, glycine and glutamine that have the power to transform your health.

Bone Broth is a great protein source for the whole family and is especially good for people suffering with allergies or joints aches and pains. It is easy to digest and gives your body all of the building blocks it needs to perform optimally.

Bone Broth contains minerals in the form that your body can easily absorb: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and others.

Mix 1 tablespoon per serving into hot water, a shake or your favourite smoothie.

You can also add it to soups or stews so that your whole family can enjoy the benefits.
