RAW ALPINE RHODODENDRON HONEY ^Sale

This is a rare raw monofloral honey with limited production, difficult to produce consistently due to climate conditions which follows high altitude. It comes from the western side of the Alps, at an altitude of 2,300mt and processed by third generation bee keeper who process the honey using traditonal artisan skills to produce a thick set, creamy honey with a wonderful floral aroma. There is a slightly grainy texture which melts in the mouth, leaving a silky mouthfeel and the flavours of the wild flowers dancing on your tongue.
