Coconut shell charcoal: ^Sale

Coconut shell charcoal is widely used as domestic and industrial fuel. It is also used by blacksmiths, goldsmiths and in laundries. Shell charcoal is The raw material for Activated Carbon which can absorb certain molecular species.

Production process: It is produced by burning the shells of fully matured coconuts in a limited supply of air which is sufficient only for carbonization, but not for complete destruction of shells. We are doing it by traditional pit method. This charcoal is then powdered , binded using natural gums and pressed into briquettes or any desired shapes and sizes.

Features:

• It is a Bio-degradable and renewable source of energy as shell is a byproduct of coconut industry which is available abundantly.
• It can be ignited easily and burns for a longer time with a steady release of heat.
• Only minimum residues are left after burning when compared to wood charcoal.
• It is a plant based product, it does not releases any sludge or heavy metals.
• As the coconut shells are thicker, the charcoal will be denser. It will not emit any flames during ignition and burning.
• No biodiversity is lost.
