Coquillettes Bio Lori (also known as Lumachine) are small, curved pasta shapes resembling tiny snails or elbow macaroni. Made from certified Italian organic durum wheat exclusively sourced from Southern Italy regions, they are perfect for soups, creamy sauces, and kid-friendly meals. 

What makes our pasta unique is our integrated mill, where we grind our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the process, ensuring consistent quality, complete traceability, and high nutritional value.   

Dried slowly at low temperatures (up to 75–76°C for up to 4 hours for short pasta), Coquillettes  Bio Lori maintain a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
