Farfalle Bio Lori are an organic Italian short pasta, shaped like little bow ties, ideal for all kinds of sauces and recipes. Made exclusively from certified organic durum wheat grown in Southern Italy, this pasta offers the perfect balance of taste, texture, and nutritional value.

What sets our pasta apart is the integrated mill within our pasta plant, which allows us to mill our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the production process from selecting the grains to crafting the final pasta ensuring maximum traceability, consistent quality, and optimal nutritional properties, such as high protein content and natural micronutrients.

We also use a low-temperature, slow-drying process (no higher than 75–76°C, up to 4 hours for short pasta), which preserves the integrity of the grain and ensures a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
