Orecchiette Bio Lori are traditional ear-shaped pasta from Southern Italy, ideal for rich vegetable-based sauces and classic regional recipes.

Made from certified Italian organic durum wheat exclusively sourced from Southern Italy regions, they are characterized by  bronze-cut which gives them a rough, porous surface that holds sauces beautifully. 

What makes our pasta unique is our integrated mill, where we grind our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the process, ensuring consistent quality, complete traceability, and high nutritional value.   

Dried slowly at low temperatures (up to 75–76°C for 4 hours), Orecchiette Bio Lori maintain a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
