BAKED POLENTA STICKS WITH ROSEMARY ^Sale

A truly artisan product from a region famous for, among many things, its polenta-centric cuisine. This product epitomizes respect for centuries old traditions, using an old recipe, local ingredients and a method which hasn’t changed for generations. These crackers have a lean corn flavour and are an interesting healthy alternative to a potato crisp. Lightly baked, they are incredibly crunchy, crispy, and airy. We use them as a light snack with a glass of white wine or to carry an array of salsa for a more substantial appetizer. Despite their airy appearance they are surprisingly robust and do not easily loose their crispness when used with dips.
