Gusa Green Jalapeño Chilli Mash replaces our originalGreen Jalapeño Chilli Puree with a product that's cleaner, hotter, and more sustainably made. It's crafted from 95% fresh green jalapeño and 5% salt—naturally fermented, with no vinegar or artificial preservatives.

Mashed on the day of harvest and fermented at source in Rwanda, Gusa delivers the same safe pH range (3.4–3.9) with bright, citrusy heat and rich umami character unique to green jalapeños.
