Homemade pickle is a blend of freshly dried vegetables/mangoes & a blend of aromatic spices preserved in oil.
Spread vegetables/mangoes on a dry plate & sun dry.
Marinate with Pride of India Pickle (Atcha) Masala, vegetable oil & the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon and/or vinegar. Add extra oil for preservation.
Add sugar if desired to tang up the flavour.
