WILD BERRY MILK CHOCOLATE ^Sale

Beans processed in Piemonte by a master chocolate maker. The cacao goes through a long slow “conching” period of 8 hours, at a very low temperature where water and unwanted aromatic components are eliminated. The chocolate has good structure, flavours of toasted cocoa and rich of dried berries taste skilfully laid on top.
