Organic coconut milk with 18% fat, no additives or preservatives added. Single ingredient and packed in 12 units per carton.
Made of sound, mature coconut that has been husked, selected and De-shelled, paring of white meat, cut / shredded, washed in clean running water, screw pressed and the milk is pasteurized into a holding tank. Fat adjusted using sterile water. Homogenized and transferred to a filling tank, UHT treated, aseptically filled into sterilized food grade packages in an aseptic condition. and incubated for 14 days. Final inspection and positively released.
