Our award-winning artichoke pate is made with the produce of the hilly region of Molise, in the south-east of Italy. The artichokes are picked by hand and brought to the storage facilities where, within a few hours, they are scalded and blended with extra virgin olive oil. Perfectly balanced, beautifully seasoned, with a melt in the mouth texture and a delicious flavour. The delicate balance of lemon and olive oil serve to enhance this beautiful spread which complements a variety of dishes. Our pate can be used as a pasta sauce (for a light flavoursome meal). Perfect cupboard staple for impromptu canapes or simple as a pasta condiment or fish dish
