Olive oils that contain more than 5 mg of polyphenols per 20 g fall into the category of olive oils with a “health claim” and help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress.

Based on laboratory analysis results, it is shown that with a daily consumption of 20 g:
a) Elettra Silver provides 16.47 mg of phenols or their derivatives, while
b) Elettra Gold provides 30.04 mg of phenols or their derivatives.
