Infrastructure Investment: To ensure the highest quality standards, Garden Fresh has invested significantly in infrastructure, including cold rooms, cold trucks, and pack houses in Kigali, as well as mechanization at the farm level.

Farming Excellence: With three farms spanning 170 hectares, two of which are both SMETA and Global Gap certified, Garden Fresh is dedicated to sustainable and responsible farming practices.

Dedicated Workforce: Our workforce, totaling approximately 300 employees at the farms, 90 at the Packhouse, and a management team of 6 at the head office, embodies our commitment to empowerment. Remarkably, 85% of our labor force comprises women.
