Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Koroneiki variety, with tastes of tomato plant-green banana and strong aromas of Olive leafs and green almond. Balanced bitter and spicy character.
It is produced according to the principles of organic farming with specific rules and practices, based on fertilization, disease control, tree arrangement and orientation in the olive grove and pruning.
Production is early (start of October) and has Low Acidity. Available in 250ml and 500ml dark glass bottles.
