Nutrition
This oil is rich in oleic acid (Omega 9), polyphenols and Vitamin E. The latter are two powerful antioxidants that counteract the creation of free radicals, slowing cellular aging. Consumption of EVO Oil also helps protect the cardiovascular system by lowering LDL cholesterol levels.
