Many gluten-free pastas do not deliver on flavour and are difficult to cook without disintegration. This does not need to be the case and we are proud to prove that pasta can be made with wheat alternatives and still look and taste amazing! Giribizzi Mezze Maniche pasta is made in a traditional artisanal way while using a unique mixture of buckwheat and white corn flour. It is made in the Alps surrounding the Lombardy region, using strictly Italian grown grains and water from the mountains.
