Organic Canola Seed Oil
oils are pressed from a particular variety of canola, Canadian Brassica. Mechanical pressing yields virgin canola oil; thisoil can be subsequently deodorized, yielding canola oil.
How to use it?
Virgin canola oil is preferred for seasoning cold dishes; however, the deodorized version is perfect for cooking and frying (due to its high smoke point). It is also used for hair care, as an ingredient in masks and compresses.
Nutrition
Rich in Omega 6 and Omega 9, it also has vitamins of the E and K groups. It is also rich in canolol, a phenolic compound with important antioxidant properties.
