Virgin linseed oil is extracted from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum) by cold pressing. The peculiarity of this oil is its
nutritional composition, characterized by high amounts of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3). In fact, it is the oil with the highest
concentration of this Omega found in nature.

How to use it?

Virgin flaxseed oil should be used exclusively as a raw dressing and on cold preparations, to enrich salads, smoothies, yogurt bowls of the correct daily dose of Omega 3. After opening, refrigerated storage is recommended to avoid oxidative phenomena.
