Mi Pok also known as Mee Pok, is a popular flat noodle dish found in Malaysia, Sarawak, especially enjoyed by locals for its flavorful simplicity. Mi Pok uses flat, broad noodles that have a firm yet tender texture. The noodles are typically tossed in a rich blend of sauces that include soy sauce, fish sauce and sometimes a bit of vinegar, creating a savory, aromatic flavor.
