A precise hand-rolling technique achieves the desired twist, fostering the harmonious amalgamation of crucial natural compounds. The rolled leaves are fermented and dried at the lowest possible temperatures to protect inherent flavanols. Essential cinnamon oils are then infused, imparting a distinctive flavour. Validated by the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka with an outstanding 25.60% polyphenol content.
