PVC Tufted backed coir products finds extensive use as flooring material. It is the first line of defence against dirt and debris entering your home. These coir doormats are best suitable for covered door entrances and they are available different shapes and sizes. It is manufactured by hot pressing of compounded rubber based on natural, synthetic and reclaimed rubber or its blends on the back side of coir products such as mats/matting. For the preparation of Rubber backed matting mats ,coir mattings are cut into the sizes of mats and the edges are finished with all- round rubber edging or tucked back or stitched. PVC Tufted (backed) Mats and rolls are made by tufting high quality natural coir fiber into PVC backing which provides anti slipping and ensures very low fiber shredding properties. These coir doormats are best suitable for covered door entrances and they are available different shapes and sizes.
