Cocoa - West African Cocoa Beans ^Sale

Cocoa at origin, prepared for buyers

Cocoa is where our story begins. West Africa produces the majority of the world’s cocoa, and Ivory Coast sits at the centre of that trade. We work within this landscape to bring buyers dependable bean quality and a straightforward, personal way to transact.

Rather than list specifications we cannot yet confirm for your order, we prefer to understand what your operation needs and respond precisely. Tell us the bean profile, quality parameters and volumes you are working with, and we will confirm what we can currently support.

Quality that starts at origin

Bean quality is decided long before shipment - in fermentation and drying. Cocoa that is fermented well and dried to a stable moisture travels better and performs more predictably. When you enquire, we discuss the quality parameters that matter to you and how a given lot is prepared and documented.

From pod to prepared bean

Fresh beans are surrounded by white pulp inside the pod. Fermentation develops the flavour precursors; sun or controlled drying brings the beans to a shippable state. We reference this journey so buyers can talk to us clearly about the profile and handling they need.
