German organic apple Gala ^Sale

From the gardens of Germany

Augustin apples offer an authentic, distinctly Nordic flavour: a perfect balance of vibrant tartness and natural sweetness.

Augustin is a trading company based in Northern Germany that specialises in organic top level fresh produce. All products adhere to the highest organic standards (Demeter).

The family-run business works closely with a select group of contract growers. They prioritize quality standards that go beyond organic practices. Through regenerative farming techniques they cultivate healthy soil that produces exceptional fruit.

The variety "Gala" is mild and tender with distinct sweetness and low acidity.
