Cooking Instruction:

Asam pedas dish

1. Pour 400ml of water into a pot.
2. Add 1 pack of Pak Man Asam Pedas Paste into it.
3. Put in 500g of fish, meat or seafood.
4. Add some lemongrass and lime leaves to enhance the aroma.
5. Add vegetables like ladyfinger, eggplant or tomato (optional).

Pak Man Asam Pedas Paste can also be used to cook Tomyum, Oden noodles etc.
