Gnocchi Sardi are a traditional Italian short pasta shape made from organic durum wheat semolina. Bronze-cut for a rough, textured surface, they are perfect for holding sauces and seasonings, while maintaining excellent firmness during cooking. Certified Organic and Halal, this pasta is made without any chemical pesticides or additives just pure, wholesome ingredients.  

What sets our pasta apart is the integrated mill within our pasta plant, which allows us to mill our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the production process from selecting the grains to crafting the final pasta ensuring maximum traceability, consistent quality, and optimal nutritional properties, such as high protein content and natural micronutrients.

We also use a low-temperature, slow-drying process (no higher than 75–76°C, up to 14 hours), which preserves the integrity of the grain and ensures a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
