Gathered within one hour of plucking, two leaves and a bud are meticulously chosen for the natural withering process. Through a detailed hand-rolling technique, the withered tea leaves acquire the desired twist, promoting the harmonious blend of vital natural compounds. Following this, the rolled leaves undergo fermentation and are dried at the lowest possible temperatures to safeguard the inherent flavanols. Validated by the Tea Research Institute in Sri Lanka with an outstanding 25.60% polyphenol content.
