Harvested within an hour of picking, two leaves and a bud are carefully selected for natural withering. The withered tea leaves undergo a meticulous hand-rolling process to achieve the desired twist, facilitating the blending of essential natural compounds. The rolled leaves are then subjected to steaming and dried at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve the inherent flavanols. Validated by the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka with a remarkable 35.30% polyphenol content — the highest recorded in any tea sample to date.
