Cooking Instructions for Kam Heong Chicken:Fry the Chicken: Coat 750g of chicken with flour and fry until golden. Set aside.Sauté Aromatics: Heat a pan and add 75g of cooking oil. Then add 150g of Holland onions and 15g of dried chilies. Stir well.Combine Ingredients: Add the fried chicken to the pan, followed by 50g of Kam Heong Dry Paste and 100ml of water. Stir and taste, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.Finish and Serve: Add 1g of curry leaves and mix well.
