Organic Wave Quinoa Mix is consist of red, white and black quinoa. It provides a high amount of protein and is a good substitute for white rice. It have almost twice as much fibre as most other grains.

Direction to use: Combine water or broth, quinoa mix, and salt (if using) in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
