NATURAL SWEETENER / ENERGY / FIBERIt is a species of legume that has been used as a staple food for centuries in Central and South America. Its fruit (pod) is used to make a flour abundant in protein and low in gluten, ideal for people with celiac disease. It is also well known as a natural sweetener, because it has a low glycemic index of 25, which makes it a very suitable sweetener option for those who have to control blood glucose levels and for those who need an extra supply of energy. It is obtained by grinding the pods in a process that maintains all its healthy properties.INGREDIENTS: Whole pods of 100% Mesquite powder (Prosopis pallida) from organic farming.
