The famous, award-winning, certified organic OLYMPUS Apple Cider Vinegar is known for its antioxidant activity. It does not contain sulfites, it is not pasteurized, it contains its own mother and its purification is done by natural sedimentation.
Our apples are grown at the foot of mount Olympus. We produce our raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar using natural, cold fermentation techniques, to maintain its health benefits, rich aroma and fruity, tangy
taste. The valuable enzymes, proteins and antioxidants are kept within the mother of the apple cider, the characteristic dark substance in every unfiltered vinegar.
We harvest the apples and place them in tanks. After one month we collect the pulp, we relocate it to another container and let it sleep undistrurbed for a year, when the first samples are collected for testing.
The final product is ready after at least 18 months of further fermentation.
