ORGANIC SPAGHETTI DURUM WHEAT ^Sale

Award winning Giribizzi pasta is made with Durum Wheat in a traditional artisan way from the Alps, using strictly Italian grown grains and water from the mountains.

The flour is worked by hand, creating curls of pasta extruded through bronze dies. It is then dried slowly, using a constant low temperature. The use of bronze plates gives the pasta a superior texture (as well as a thinner, opaque surface) which helps to better capture and hold any sauce it is served with.
