Black Sambal by Sambal Rindu
Original Black Sambal from Negeri Sembilan (Home-Made) using the main ingredient ANCHOVIES. The taste is not the same as Pahang's sambal black which uses bamboo starfish as the main ingredient.
3 levels of spiciness :
1. Not spicy (1/5 level of spiciness)
2. Original (3/5 level of spiciness)
3. Very spicy (5/5 level of spiciness)
Ingredients:
Anchovies, red onion, chilli, oil, sugar and salt.
How to store:
Close tightly after use and store in the refrigerator. Make sure it does not come into contact with water.
