It is precisely these advantages that wood offers over its synthetic substitutes that make the production of our wooden combs a challenge. The more than 20 individual production steps require a great deal of sensitivity and experience gained over generations. The grinding and rounding of the tooth tips is particularly important, not only to organize your hair during use, but also to have a soothing effect on the scalp.
To ensure that every head finds the right comb for its needs, our range includes over 38 different comb models with five different tooth widths. The most important distinguishing feature is the spacing between the teeth: the longer, curlier, and thicker the hair, the wider this spacing should be. In addition, the craftsmanship creates a pleasant feel and highlights the unique wood structure. Care instructions: To ensure you enjoy your wooden comb for a long time, avoid prolonged contact with water and extreme temperatures. For optimal care, the comb can be washed with mild shampoo and then dried with a towel. A drop of olive oil or beeswax balm from time to time will condition the comb and make the surface shine.
