Tandoori cuisine originates from the Indian subcontinent, particularly in northern India and Pakistan. Named after the tandoor, a traditional clay oven, this cooking method and its unique spices give tandoori dishes their distinctive flavors and textures. Tandoori cooking has gained popularity worldwide, especially in countries with a large Indian diaspora.
To make tandoori cooking simpler, we offer our Tandoori Dry Paste, which serves 5 portions. Tandoori features a spicy, delicious, and slightly smoky flavor, enhanced by the intense heat of the tandoor. Key spices like cumin, coriander, masala salt, and turmeric contribute to its warm, aromatic profile.
Long shelf life up to 24 months at room temperature.
How to Prepare:
1. Place 750 grams of chicken in a bowl. Add 50 grams of Tandoori Dry Paste and 12 grams of cooking oil.2. Mix well with the chicken. For best results, marinate overnight, or you can marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or use an air fryer.4. Your dish is ready to be served!
