VENTRESCA TUNA BELLY IN OLIVE OIL GLUTEN FREE ^Sale

This award winning Ventresca – the most prized part of the Yellowfin Tuna belly – is still produced in an artisan way, where the fillets are carefully hand selected for exceptional quality. There is a lovely balance of flavour between the salt, the fish and a hint of the sea, which adds to the enjoyment of this beautiful product.

Which adds to the enjoyment of this beautiful product. We love to use this in a Salad Nicoise or ...just on its own - but it also makes a pretty incredible Tuna and salad sandwich.
