Made from 100% Organic wholemeal durum wheat flour grown in Southern Italy, Fusilli Integrali Bio Lori is an authentic Italian pasta rich in flavor and natural nutrition.  What makes our pasta unique is our integrated mill, where we grind our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the process, ensuring consistent quality, complete traceability, and high nutritional value.   

Dried slowly at low temperatures (up to 75–76°C for up to 4 hours for short pasta), Fusilli  Integrali  Bio Lori maintain a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
