Cocciolette Bio Lori are small, curved shell-shaped pasta made from certified organic durum wheat grown in Southern Italy. Their shape is ideal for creamy sauces, soups, and legumes and kid-friendly meals.

What makes our pasta unique is our integrated mill, where we grind our own semolina in-house. This gives us full control over the process, ensuring consistent quality, complete traceability, and high nutritional value.   

Dried slowly at low temperatures (up to 75–76°C for 4 hours), Cocciolette Bio Lori maintain a firm, resilient texture after cooking.
